This playful, profound workshop is an Initiation into the sacred art of female sexual energy practices.

* Strengthen your pelvic floor, balance hormones and bring out your unique beautiful radiance
* Beneficial for women at all stages of their lives, including practices for easing menstruation and menopause.
* Enhance your sensitivity to loving vibration, sending ripples out into your relationships
Our sexual energy is encoded with the wisdom of our primordial blueprint and we will activate our DNA potential. We will tone and sing from our "Ovarian Palace" to liberate fear, grow passion and rejuvenate vitality. The ancient Taoists called the breasts "Bells of Love" so we will ring our bells and cultivate joy and compassion. This workshop is enhanced by Theda’s angelic voice, crystal bowls and other sound healing frequencies.
Bring:
yoga mat, cushion, sarong or skirt, light blanket or sarong to cover your legs
and a jade egg (for sale at workshop for $56 with bag and silk cord, plus tax)
One can also try out the exercises using an imaginary jade egg.
We will have tea and fruit for our break. Please bring a snack to share if you like.
